A premium bamboo longboard made with real Colombian coffee sacks — upcycled, textured, and built for smooth carving and cruising.

The Cata Geisha Export is a 38.5” bamboo longboard created in collaboration with CATA, a Colombian specialty coffee producer. The deck graphic is made using the actual coffee sack (“costal”) that once carried Geisha coffee beans — meaning nothing is wasted and every board carries real texture, markings, and character.

Each board is handcrafted in Colombia from Guadua bamboo and reinforced with fibreglass, delivering a smooth medium flex, excellent vibration dampening, and a refined, surf-style carving feel. Because the coffee sacks are reused, no two boards are exactly the same.
